Elephants for your Wedding

You have decided to have an elephant for your wedding.  What's next?

Contact us for cost and availability.

(We are located in Southern California so be sure to let us know the city and state and your event date.)

Cost

Pricing varies with location and choice of saddle. It includes travel, elephant decorations, costumed trainer, any cleanup and up to one hour of time.

Decorations

You have a choice of a standard saddle or for an extra charge, the grand howdah. Both come with blankets, headpieces, anklets and umbrella.

Permission and permits

You are responsible for obtaining permission from the venue (hotel, church, city, etc.) as well as any Animal Services permit needed for the elephant.  The requirements and costs vary with different cities and counties. We will help as much as we can with contact information and paperwork.

Booking

When the elephants' availability is confirmed a letter of agreement will be sent to you. A deposit and signed agreement are required to hold the date.  The balance is due two weeks before the event. For your convenience we accept MasterCard and Visa.

Insurance

We carry a total of $5 million in insurance, a $2 million liability policy with a $3 million umbrella. We can provide a certificate of insurance at no charge. If the venue requires being added as additionally insured there is an additional $150 charge.

Parking

Parking for a 60' long trailer is needed with space beside the truck to dress the elephant.

Timing

We arrive one hour before the requested start time to park, check out the path the elephant will walk and get her dressed and decorated. You have up to one hour of time with the elephant. If the event runs late or if you would like us to arrive early or stay for photos after there is a extra charge.

Elephants

Our elephants have sweet natures, are dependable and used to the music, dancing, and festivities associated with weddings and processions. These elephants are precious to us and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs and wishes but never at the expense of the elephants' comfort, safety or welfare.
